As a trauma therapist using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I welcome all parts of you with curiosity, gentleness and humour. Over 15 years, I've guided clients through complex and relational trauma, helping them transform their relationship with the protective parts that once helped them survive. Through IFS, clients discover that healing doesn't have to mean confronting pain head-on, but approaching it with curiosity and compassion. The result is a deeper sense of safety, expanded capacity for joy, and lightening of the burdens that trauma can create.
My therapeutic approach combines IFS with somatic techniques and a commitment to anti-oppressive values. My subspecialties include complex, religious, and perinatal trauma. I bring lived experience of my own mental health challenges to my work. I am proud to serve fellow members of the queer, disabled, and baby loss communities.
Finding the right therapist matters - our connection is the foundation of effective therapy. I offer a free 30-minute video consultation to explore whether we're a good fit.
